Customized tokens are reviewed before production so the engraving is clean, readable, and sized for the selected material.

We correct obvious spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors unless the wording appears intentional or you tell us to engrave it exactly as submitted.
Timelines
Custom tokens are prepared in the order received. Include event dates, rush needs, and shipping deadlines in the order notes so we can flag timing early.
Material variations
Wood grain, thickness, edge tone, and natural markings can vary slightly. These differences are normal and part of the finished token set.
