Common projects include drinkware, coasters, cutting boards, wood signs, awards, medals, name tags, pet tags, glassware, branded merchandise, and custom gifts. We can also quote custom products and one-off pieces across a wide range of materials when the item is suitable for laser engraving.

We commonly work with wood, slate, glass, coated metals, leather, acrylic, cork, and a range of plastics. We currently cannot engrave bare metals directly, and we do not engrave PVC because it is unsafe for laser processing. We also do not engrave fabrics. If you are unsure about a material, contact us before ordering or mailing an item.

Yes. We work with businesses, schools, churches, teams, events, and organizations on bulk and repeat engraving orders. We also offer a range of additional services in our business partnerships, such as inventory warehousing, drop shipping, and design retainer agreements. Yes. Custom orders include proof review before production. Production begins after the proof is approved.

Most in-stock website orders ship within 2-5 business days after proof approval. Custom, bulk, customer-supplied, or non-catalog orders may take longer depending on product availability, shipping time, artwork, and quantity.

You can send AI, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, BMP, WEBP, or other common file formats. Vector files are preferred when available. If your artwork is low-resolution, we may be able to clean it up or rebuild it for engraving.

Yes. We offer artwork cleanup, engraving preparation, and design support when a file needs adjustment before production.
