For website products, upload artwork in the product customizer when available. For quote requests, send a shared artwork link or tell us what you have. We accept common formats including PDF, AI, SVG, PNG, JPG, BMP, and WEBP, and our designers can help prepare files for engraving.

All orders come with a digital proof included which must be approved before production can begin. You'll receive your free digital proof in your email. Don't see a proof link? Make sure to check your spam folders, and be sure to contact us for help!

Most orders ship within 2-5 days of proof approval for in-stock items. For custom items you ship to us or non-catalog items, lead time varies depending on when we receive items in our shop. We strive to ensure fast production times while maintaining quality and integrity.
