We correct obvious spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors unless the wording appears intentional or you tell us to engrave it exactly as submitted.
Timelines
Custom items are prepared in the order received. Include event dates, rush needs, and shipping deadlines in the order notes so we can flag timing early.
Material variations
Wood grain, slate texture, glass clarity, coating color, and natural markings can vary slightly. These differences are normal and part of the finished piece.
